This cheat requires completing a challenge before it becomes available. Follow these steps:
- 1Complete the 'Duel' random event as Franklin on the highway
- 2The Duel event appears on the Great Ocean Highway north of Los Santos
- 3You must beat the driver in a race to complete the event
- 4After completing the event, the Duke O'Death becomes available
- 5The event may take multiple in-game days to appear

The Duke O'Death requires completing the Duel random event before the cheat becomes available. Only available on PS4/PS5/Xbox One/Xbox Series X and PC versions — NOT on PS3 or Xbox 360.
